📖 Clinical Reconstitution Best Practices

The Golden Rules of Peptide Integrity

1. Gentle Stream Along The Glass

Never spray bacteriostatic water directly onto lyophilized peptide powder. Angle the syringe tip so fluid dribbles slowly down the inner glass wall to prevent shearing tertiary peptide bonds.

2. Zero Shaking or Agitation

Never shake or aggressively swirl a reconstituted vial. Swirl gently in a slow circular motion. Peptides with fragile alpha-helices (such as GH secretagogues and Thymosins) denature easily.

3. Refrigerate Immediately (2–8°C)

Once reconstituted with 0.9% benzyl alcohol bacteriostatic water, refrigerate between 36°F and 46°F (2°C–8°C). Protect from direct ultraviolet sunlight. Discard after 28 days.
